The e-tailer Amazon has slashed the price of the Nintendo Wii to £139.99 in the UK, down from £179.99.
The Amazon bundle includes one wireless controller and the game Wii Sports and seems to be a way to clear stock for the more expensive Wii MotionPlus bundle.
That bundle will sell for £179.99 and include Wii MotionPlus, Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort.
Some retailers have increased the price of the Wii Sports Resort bundle, given low supply and high demand, with Play.com even charging £199.99 for it.

According to an interview with Gamasutra, GameStop has said they finally have enough Nintendo Wii supply to keep up with demand.
GameStop Senior Vice President of Merchandising Bob McKenzie added: “Three years later, we finally have enough inventory on the shelf, and we’ve got a couple of weeks in supply.”
